It’s looking more like Halloween with all of the activities happening this weekend!

DeKalb County, Indiana, has a LOT of activities this weekend that you will definitely want to check out. 


Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum: Trunk-or-Treat                                              

  • Sunday. October 28th: 1:00-3:00 p.m.
  • Location:1600 S Wayne St, Auburn, IN 46706
  • Cost: Free
  • Adults must be accompanied by children
  • Similar to children going house to house to get candy treats, they go car to car with museum volunteers and staff members at select cars throughout the museum! 
  • This event is FREE, we only ask that parents be accompanied by children. For any age group.


Amazing Fall Fun Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch


Open: Friday 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Saturday 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

& Sunday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

It looks like there won’t be any rain this weekend which will be perfect to explore the Amazing Fall Fun Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch.This farm is home to "Indiana's Largest Corn maze" so you can spend an entire day here exploring the maze (which is divided into 3 phases) and pick your fall pumpkins. There's also plenty of family activities like the animal petting zoo, hayrides, giant jumping pillow and so much more. No need to worry about food because they're plenty of food trucks and a concession stand. Admission is $8.00 per person. Hay Rides $2.00. 


Eckhart Park Halloween Walk 

  • October. 27th : 7:00-9:00 p.m. - Family Fall Party with Costume Contest                                                            
  • Location: Eckhart Park (1500 S. Cedar Street)
  • Cost: $2 per person (Free for Ages 3 & Under)
  • Family Fall Party & Costume Contest will include: prizes, free wagon rides from the DeKalb Horseman’s Association, free face painting, cider, harvest snacks and games.
  • For the costume contest: Wear your most creative, scary or funny costume! No registration required.

The Halloween Fair & Trunk-or-Treat & 5K Run/Walk

  • Activities Include: Snacks, games, prizes, mascots, and more fun brought to you by DeKalb Health, DeKalb Health EMS, and the Auburn Police & Fire Departments 
  • The Indianapolis Colts' "Colts in Motion" Traveling Museum will also be at this event

Auburn Lions Club 5K Run/Walk

  • 5K Run/Walk: October. 28th: 2:30 p.m.
  • Race Registration Here
  • Race Starts: October. 28th at 2:30 p.m. under the United Methodist Church drive-through canopy
  • Race Ends: The West Parking Lot of DeKalb Health(1316 E 6th St. Auburn)
  • $20 early registration by September 30th guarantees a t-shirt
